02How do you price — per SKU? per API call?
Neither. We price by orders routed through AI channels. Plans are flat monthly. Your catalog can be any size, and agents can hit your UCP endpoints as much as they want — you only move up a tier when real agentic orders do.
03What counts as an “order via AI channel”?
A completed purchase where an AI agent — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or any other UCP-compatible agent — was the transacting party via your UCP endpoints. Normal storefront orders on your existing site don’t count.
04Can I run UCPhub across multiple stores?
Starter covers one store. Growth handles up to 3. Scale goes up to 10. Beyond that — unlimited stores, dedicated account manager, SLAs — is Enterprise; contact us.
05What if I exceed my plan’s order limit?
We’ll notify you and give a grace window to upgrade. We never cut off your live UCP endpoints for going over — your discoverability never gets held hostage.
06Cancel anytime?
